      My boyfriend patrick and i made pizza last night. haha so don’t worry, no need to cut out your favorite foods! Because I LOVE pizza 🙂 (just in moderation of course)

  15. So I tried to exercise today…it didn’t go down too well

  16. What works well for me when doing crunches, is:
    to avoid straining your neck, try looking up at the ceiling… So you can work out your abs and not your neck, haha (:
