    For those asking, I am SO sorry i didn’t mention this before! I workout 4-5 days a week. I give my body 2 days rest because it needs it to catch up. 🙂 I interchange my leg and my butt workout (meaning i don’t do them both in the same day) and do abs as much as i can. I also do about 15-20 mins of cardio all 5 days as a warm up for all of this stuff!! I will do a “go the gym with me video” soon so you can see exactly how i put these to use 🙂 p.s. i hardly ever do arms, so for those requesting it, it will be new for both of us :p
