Lately I’m becoming much more aware of how my back is not straight, and if I check in the mirror while doing your workouts I notice I’m not balacend at all. I’m like the tower of Pisa!

    I wish I could do these comfortably. I had an accident yrs. ago, and had to have several screws and plates put in my elbow. Any floor exercises where I have to rest on one arm puts too much pressure on my whole arm. I end up with shoulder pain. Even though I’m fine doing upper body weight training.

    • It’s mainly to keep core muscles activated and prevent back pain an jury. Doesn’t feel like a workout but its so key.
