My Healthy Morning Routine 2018 // Mindfulness, Home Workout, Breakfast

Hey guy and welcome to the 2018!! I wanted my first video to be a little healthy morning routine because i feel like what you do in the morning and your morning habits sets you up for the rest of the day, and i hope this inspires you set up your own healthy routine for your mornings!

TAKE NOTE: i want you guys to really notice how i haven't touched my phone for the first hour of my day and i think this is SOOO important to starting your day in a creative state rather than a consuming state. AND so that you start your day with your own thoughts and no-one else's.


– Pure Rose Water (from a local Arabic shop for $3!)

Morning Drink:
– Apple Cider Vingar
– Lemon Juice
– Ginger Powder
– Turmeric Powder (With pepper to help absorption)
– Cold and Hot water

– Baby Spinach
– 3 Bananas
– Mixed Berries
– Vegan Protein Powder

    Approximately how much time does it really take you to do all this ? I know the video 7 mins. and 46 sec but what’s the actual time ?? Just wondering cuz i would love to be this organized with my time ๐Ÿ™‚
